CREAM CASCADE - ADYANPARA HYDEL TOURISM CENTRE

Adyanpara is the magnificent cascading waterfalls located in the heart of Nilambur, at Kurumbalangode village. The Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd (KSEBL)-owned tourism project adjacent to the Adyanpara waterfalls attracts thousands of visitors every year. This is the state’s only tourism project attached with a power project. The waterfall is surrounded by forest and enriched with rich flora and fauna. The lush green environment, beautiful river and waterfalls welcome tourists to the natural wonderland. Cream Cascade Adyanpara also offers visitors an opportunity to visit the 3.5 MW small hydro powerhouse and its operations. Adyanpara Hydel Tourism Center has a wonderful amusement zone for kids to spend their valuable leisure time. In addition, various parts of the hydel power project such as the watchtower, the top portion of the waterfall, and the valve House will be open soon for the public.
